We focus on managing, monitoring, reviewing, improving, and disclosing environmental oversight results. Our approach includes comprehensive risk management concerning environmental and social aspects, and fostering collaboration with business partners and service providers. This collaboration is intended to enhance operational efficiency and achieve long-term shared value across all dimensions, from design and procurement to product manufacturing, services, and solutions. This also includes distribution and logistics, as well as waste and post-consumer product management, following the principles of a circular economy.

The company has established a policy to prevent and end violence in the workplace. This policy provides a reasonable and fair approach to ensure that the workplace is free from harassment or violations of any kind. It prohibits acts of violence, intimidation, or threats against colleagues, visitors, or any other individuals present at the company's premises

          The company believes that every employee has the knowledge, capability, and readiness to continually develop themselves. Therefore, we promote and enhance knowledge for all employees equally by providing various training programs. These include courses such as First Aid, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) courses, and many other programs to further develop employees' skills and knowledge.

          The Human Resources department has a clear employee development plan that includes not only the courses provided by the company but also allows employees to propose any training programs they are interested in. We are open to suggestions for topics or courses based on employees' needs, as we believe that promoting and not restricting knowledge will enable the company to develop quickly and continuously.

Leave and Holiday Entitlements

We provide weekly holidays, traditional holidays, and annual leave in accordance with legal requirements. The details of our leave policies are as follows:
- Annual Vacation Leave: Employees are entitled to 6, 9, or 11 days of paid vacation leave per year.
- Personal Leave: Paid for appropriate personal reasons
- Sick Leave: Paid for sickness or medical procedures, up to 30 working days
- Training or Development Leave: Up to 30 days per year for knowledge and skills development
- Maternity Leave: 98 days, with pay for 45 days
- Leave for ordination: The company pays wages for 30 days
